5 Rounds – 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off for each exercise (download a tabata timer app)
Sprints (around 200m in 45 seconds)

10 Bicep Curls Each Arm
20 Tricep Dips
30 Push Press (low weight for high reps, I use a 25 lbs plate)
20 Bench Press
10 Assisted Pullups (can alternate 5 pullups and then 5 negatives)
